DISABILITY RELIEF SERVICES (DRS) TANZANIA is a registered Non-Governmental Organization, established in 2008 with legal registration No. 00NGO/00002597 dated October 16, 2008. DRS-TANZANIA is governed by Members through the Annual General Assembly, the Board of Directors, and the Secretariat. The Annual General Assembly, comprising all members of the organization, is the supreme organ accountable for all bodies established under its authority. The Board of Directors provides guidance to the organization and appoints the Executive Director, who manages the day-to-day operations. The Secretariat, led by the Executive Director, implements the organization’s functions and is supported by a Management Team. Staff are appointed by the Executive Director on a contractual basis, subject to renewal based on performance.
